Questions teachers ask
- Is there a free trial?
- No, because there is a free tier instead. Every game and all eight free tools work with no account. Try those first.
- Do I pay separately for each game?
- No. The games are free to play, and one subscription adds the extra content in every game that has it, including the ones added later.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your classes, students, comments, scores, word lists, sentence lists and Staffroom collections stay in your account, and you can read them at any time, whether you subscribe or not. Without a subscription you can still keep two classes, and you can add students and scores to them. If you hold more than two classes, they all stay and you can still read them. Changing them needs a subscription. Comments, word lists, sentence lists and Staffroom collections always need a subscription, no matter how many classes you have.
- Will my price go up later?
- Not for you. If the price changes, teachers who already subscribed keep the price they signed up at.
- Can I get a refund?
- On the yearly plan you can request a refund within 30 days. See the refund policy for how to ask.
- Do students need accounts?
- No. Only the teacher signs in.
